Adani Total Gas Ltd (ATGL) has appointed Preyash Jhaveri as its interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from December 22, 2025, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The appointment was approved by the company’s board at its meeting held on December 22, following a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee. Jhaveri will serve as interim CFO until the board appoints a permanent CFO, the filing said.
Jhaveri is currently the financial controller at Adani Total Gas and has been associated with the company since 2007. He is a chartered accountant, holds a B.Com and LL.B. degree, and has a postgraduate diploma in business management.
According to the company’s statement, Jhaveri has over 30 years of experience across sectors, including energy, gas, healthcare, wind power, chemicals, textiles and pharmaceuticals. His responsibilities at ATGL include finalisation of accounts, statutory and audit compliances, cash flow management, budgeting and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws.
