India’s energy leaders gather this week for the ET EnergyWorld Oil & Gas Annual Conference and Expo 2025.

New Delhi: India’s biggest names in oil, gas, and clean energy transition will gather in the Capital this week as the ET EnergyWorld Oil & Gas Annual Conference and Expo 2025 opens on November 26 at the state-of-the-art Yashobhoomi Convention Centre. The three-day mega gathering, running till November 28, comes at a critical moment when the country’s hydrocarbon sector is reimagining its role in a future defined by multi-energy systems, digital transformation, and a national commitment to Viksit Bharat.Centred around the theme “Future Energy Systems for ‘Viksit Bharat’: From Oil & Gas to Multi-Energy Leadership”, the event promises to be one of the most significant industry congregations of the year — bringing together PSU chiefs, global technology leaders, foreign representatives, policymakers, financiers, service companies, digital innovators, and infrastructure strategists under one roof.

Supported by NITI Aayog and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, and backed by PwC India as Knowledge Partner, the annual conclave is expected to drive crucial conversations on India’s evolving energy roadmap. Pipeline Infrastructure Limited joins as Gold Partner, while Oil India, Aucotec, Targus Technologies and Indraprastha Gas Limited come on board as Silver Partners. The Exhibition Gold Partner and Conference Supporting Partner is Rosenxt, while the expanding list of Supporting Partners includes Sanmarg Projects Private Limited, Ritam Legal, Mahanagar Natural Gas Limited and Petronet LNG. The event will also feature the Indian Gas Exchange as the Exchange Partner, and Safe Technical will participate as the Exhibition Supporting Partner.

Day 1: A power-packed opening with top PSU and private-sector leadership

The conference will begin on November 26 at 10:00 am with the formal inauguration of the exhibition and conference. This will be followed by a welcome address presented by ET EnergyWorld, The Economic Times, setting the stage for a day packed with sharp insights and high-level dialogues.

The inaugural keynote address will come from one of India’s leading energy voices — Vikas Kaushal, Chairman & Managing Director, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd — expected to reflect on the evolving identity of India’s downstream sector and its multi-energy imperative.

This will be followed by keynote interventions from Vartika Shukla, Chairman & Managing Director, Engineers India Ltd, and B Narayan, Group President – Procurement & Projects, Reliance Industries Ltd, who are likely to unpack how engineering, procurement and complex energy projects are being reshaped by India’s aggressive transition plans.

A significant international perspective will be brought in by Evgeny Griva, Deputy Trade Representative of Russia in India, whose special address will underscore the foreign policy and trade dimensions of India’s pursuit of energy security.

Gas, LNG, Refining, DSF Policy, Contracting Models — India’s Full Energy Canvas on Display

The conversations will pick up pace with a fireside chat between Akhil Mehrotra, Managing Director, Pipeline Infrastructure Ltd, and Mittravinda Ranjan, Lead – Content & Community – Energy, Infrastructure & Sustainability, The Economic Times, focused on the evolving role of natural gas in India’s diversified energy mix.

The exhibition is expected to attract thousands of visitors from across India’s energy and infrastructure sectors, giving them a direct gateway to cutting-edge innovation and global collaborations.

A crucial moment in India’s energy journey

With India accelerating its push towards multi-energy systems, hydrogen pathways, cleaner fuels, large-scale digitalisation and net-zero commitments, the ET EnergyWorld Oil & Gas Annual Conference and Expo 2025 arrives at a pivotal moment. Over three days, the event will attempt to answer the most pressing question of all: how can India transform its fossil-fuel backbone into a future-ready, multi-energy ecosystem for a Viksit Bharat?
