Global alternative investment manager Apollo announced the appointment of former Nike Chief Sustainability Officer Jaycee Pribulsky as Partner and Chief Sustainability Officer.
In her new role, Pribulsky will be responsible for leading Apollo’s sustainability strategy, which focuses on identifying material risks and opportunities across asset classes, while supporting performance, efficiency and innovation, strengthening long-term value creation and enhancing risk management across Apollo’s investment platform.
Pribulsky joins Apollo after more than 8 years at Nike, and serving as CSO at the company since early 2024. She also held roles at Nike including Vice President, Global Footwear Sourcing & Manufacturing and Vice President, Sustainable Manufacturing & Sourcing. Prior to joining Nike, she served as Head of Communications & Outreach, Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures for Bloomberg.
Pribulsky said:
“Apollo is known for its scale, capabilities and focus on delivering performance and resilience for clients and portfolio companies. I am excited to build on that foundation working closely with colleagues and partners, using Apollo’s sustainability strategy as a practical tool for long-term value creation.”
Pribulsky is taking over the CSO role from Dave Stangis, who has served as Apollo’s first Chief Sustainability Officer since 2021, and will transition into a senior advisor role beginning in 2026.
Scott Kleinman, Co-President of Apollo Asset Management, said:
“We thank Dave for his significant contributions to developing Apollo’s industry leading sustainability program and look forward to his continued partnership in an advisory capacity. Jaycee’s cross-sector experience and track record of building durable, business-aligned sustainability programs will continue to advance Apollo’s differentiated approach and competitive leadership.”
