Envision will develop Latin America’s first Net-Zero Industrial Park in Brazil, focusing on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), green hydrogen, and ammonia.

The initiative positions Brazil as a future global hub for green oil production, capitalizing on its biomass and renewable electricity.

The project replicates Envision’s proven Net-Zero model from Inner Mongolia and aligns with global decarbonization goals.

Envision, a global green tech leader, has partnered with the Brazilian government to accelerate the country’s green energy transition through the development of Latin America’s first Net-Zero Industrial Park.

The announcement came during Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s official visit to China, where he met with Envision Chairman Lei Zhang. The collaboration is part of a broader strategic effort to build sustainable industrial ecosystems and a complete green fuel value chain in Brazil.

Anchored by the production of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), the industrial park will also drive the advancement of green hydrogen and green ammonia technologies. Envision will leverage its renewable energy systems and technology innovations to help Brazil scale its green oil capacity and establish global leadership in clean fuel production.

“Brazil is crucial to the global green transition of human society,” said Lei Zhang, Chairman of Envision. “It is poised to become the world’s most significant green oil production hub, with its abundant biomass and renewable electricity.”

Envision’s Net-Zero Industrial Park concept—first implemented in Inner Mongolia—has been recognized by the World Economic Forum’s World Transitioning Industrial Clusters Report. The site in Chifeng is currently home to the world’s largest and most cost-effective green hydrogen and ammonia facility.

“Envision is driving the advancement of cost competitiveness of green oil through technological innovation,” Zhang added. “Leveraging our pioneering Net-Zero Industrial Park model, we have built the world’s largest and most cost-effective green hydrogen and ammonia project.”

Building on successful rollouts in Inner Mongolia, Jiangsu, and Spain, Envision is now tailoring its model to Brazil’s unique resources and industrial strengths. The project is expected to position Brazil as a renewable energy innovation hub in Latin America and play a critical role in global decarbonization and energy security efforts.

“We are committed to putting the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind into action, leveraging China’s new energy innovations to bring a new global prosperity,” Zhang emphasized.
