New Delhi: DEE Development Engineers Ltd said its Anjar facility expansion is on track and will be scaled up to 30,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) by October 2025. The company is also working on its high-wall seamless thickness pipe plant, expected to begin commercial production by January 2026.

“The Anjar Facility expansion is progressing as scheduled, with an additional 15,000 MTPA set to be commissioned by October 2025,” Chairman Krishan Lalit Bansal said.

The expanded facility, with a U-shaped layout and advanced automation systems, will focus on oil and gas sector projects. The company said this will allow the Palwal plant to specialise in power sector projects.

DEE Development also reported a consolidated net profit of ₹31.5 crore in the quarter ended March 2025, up 165.5 per cent from ₹11.9 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income rose to ₹289 crore, reflecting a 16.1 per cent year-on-year growth and 79.4 per cent growth over the December quarter.

EBITDA stood at ₹66.1 crore, up 63.9 per cent year-on-year, with the EBITDA margin at 22.9 per cent, up by 667 basis points.

For the full fiscal year 2024-25, DEE Development recorded income of ₹848.3 crore, up 5.1 per cent from FY24. PAT for the year stood at ₹43.6 crore, up 66.5 per cent year-on-year.

The company’s order book as of April 30, 2025, stood at ₹1,274.6 crore.
