ASCO has secured a landmark nine-figure contract to provide logistics services for a major North Sea energy operator.

The major five-year contract, worth approximately $203 million (£150 million) is effective from 1st July 2025. The scope encompasses ASCO’s full suite of integrated logistics services, including quayside operations, warehousing, materials management, marine gas oil, environmental services, aviation, customs, freight forwarding and ships agency.
This award represents a major milestone for ASCO, marking one of the largest and most comprehensive logistics contracts in its recent history.
“This is a transformational contract for ASCO, both in scale and strategic importance,” said Mike Pettigrew, CEO of ASCO. “It validates our deep expertise in the North Sea, where we have been operating for almost 60 years, and our ability to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions that are safe, efficient and resilient.”
This latest award builds on a series of strategic wins in the North Sea, with long-term contracts secured in the UK and Norway in 2025 alone exceeding $610.4 million (£450 million) in value.
It also reflects a broader industry trend toward integrated logistics solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency. ASCO’s approach – combining digital innovation with a sustainability-led model – has proven effective in helping operators manage complex offshore supply chains while maintaining a strong focus on safety and environmental responsibility.
“We’re increasingly being recognized as a trusted partner in the global energy supply chain and are proud to play such a pivotal role in enabling safe and efficient offshore activity, while continuing to lead the way in supply chain transformation.” added Pettigrew.
