$1.4B green facility signals strong institutional confidence in STACK’s stabilized North American data center portfolio.

Enhances STACK’s financial agility and balance sheet strength to support global growth and innovation.

Marks over $21B raised to date, reinforcing STACK’s role as a leading hyperscale infrastructure provider.

STACK Infrastructure has secured a $1.4 billion green financing facility backed by 10 fully stabilized, revenue-generating data centers across North America—a move that underscores capital providers’ growing confidence in the company’s long-term viability and market leadership.

“This financing demonstrates STACK’s differentiated market position and our ability to attract scale capital across the development cycle,” said Heather Paduck, Chief Financial Officer, STACK Americas.

The oversubscribed deal, supported by both banks and institutional investors, represents a strong endorsement of STACK’s strategic execution and asset quality. The capital injection will enhance financial flexibility, enabling the company to accelerate growth and innovation in key global markets.

“It enhances our ability to move with agility in the current environment, while reinforcing our long-term alignment with hyperscale clients and institutional partners,” Paduck added.

Structured to support long-term ownership, the facility leverages mature, high-quality assets to secure favorable terms. This approach not only strengthens STACK’s balance sheet but also preserves strategic optionality across future debt and equity paths.

The latest transaction brings STACK’s total capital raised to over $21 billion since inception, bolstering its capacity to meet surging global demand for digital infrastructure. With an operational footprint across North America, EMEA, and APAC, STACK is well-positioned to scale alongside some of the world’s largest technology companies.

By reinforcing its financial foundation, the company ensures it can act decisively on expansion opportunities—cementing its position as a premier partner in hyperscale infrastructure.
