Siemens earns its highest-ever EcoVadis score of 85, placing it in the top 1% of around 130,000 rated companies worldwide.
The Platinum rating reflects strong performance across Environment, Ethics, Labor & Human Rights, and Sustainable Procurement.
Over 90% of Siemens’ business portfolio enables customers to achieve sustainability gains in decarbonization, resource efficiency, and social impact.
Siemens has secured the Platinum medal in the 2025 EcoVadis Sustainability Rating, marking its highest score to date with 85 points. This distinction places Siemens in the top 1% of approximately 130,000 companies evaluated globally by EcoVadis, a leading provider of business sustainability ratings. Siemens Mobility, assessed separately, achieved a score of 84 points.
The Platinum award recognizes Siemens’ advancements in all four EcoVadis categories: Environment, Ethics, Labor & Human Rights, and Sustainable Procurement. More than 90% of Siemens’ operations support customer sustainability outcomes in decarbonization and energy efficiency, resource efficiency and circularity, and people centricity and societal benefits.

EcoVadis’ methodology draws on global sustainability frameworks, including the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, International Labour Organization conventions, Global Reporting Initiative standards, and ISO 26000 guidelines.
