Shein is expanding its logistics presence in Poland, expanding its European fulfillment network and making the country a central hub for its e-commerce operations across the region.

The company has been building out its footprint near Wrocław over the past several years. Shein first leased space at the GLP Wrocław V logistics park in 2022 and has since opened multiple warehouse facilities in the area. The latest phase involves a significantly larger logistics center developed by GLP that is expected to reach full capacity by the end of 2025.
Shein said the expanded site will serve as its primary distribution hub for Europe, helping the retailer move orders faster and more reliably to customers across the region.
“We are proud to have opened our new e-commerce logistics hub in Wrocław, Poland,” Shein said in a statement shared on LinkedIn. “The new centre is one of the most advanced facilities of its kind in Europe and will serve as SHEIN’s primary European logistics hub, enabling faster and smoother deliveries to more than 100 million customers across the continent.”
The company said the site is built to handle high volumes of e-commerce orders and includes automation and modern sorting systems to speed up processing. Once fully operational, Shein expects the facility to rank among the largest e-commerce logistics centers in Europe.
The investment is also expected to bring a large number of jobs to the region. Shein said the site will support at least 5,000 roles in Lower Silesia, spanning warehouse operations, engineering, and management, along with related work in transportation and services.
Shein pointed to Poland’s central location and strong transportation links as key reasons for placing the hub near Wrocław. The company also said it plans to work with local businesses as part of the operation.
The opening adds to Poland’s growing role as a logistics hotspot for global retailers, as companies look for centrally located hubs that can serve multiple countries from a single site.
