Operating margin compressed significantly to 4.8% from 6.8% in the prior year, and free cash flow margin declined to 0.7% from 6%. For Q2 2025, revenue guidance stands at $1 billion at the midpoint, largely aligning with analyst expectations. However, adjusted EPS guidance of $1.09 at the midpoint fell below analyst estimates of $1.25, and EBITDA guidance of $104.5 million at the midpoint also trailed analyst expectations of $112.5 million.

CFO Marie Perry explained the widened revenue guidance range by citing potential volatility stemming from factors like ongoing government cost-cutting initiatives and client hesitancy to increase overall IT spending. These factors resonate strongly with the oil and gas sector.
