Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) on Thursday reported its consolidated net profit jumped 514.9 per cent year-on-year to ₹13,006.92 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with ₹2,115.29 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
On a sequential basis, consolidated profit rose 66.4 per cent from ₹7,817.55 crore reported in Q2 FY26.
The company’s consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹2,36,257.24 crore for the quarter under review, up from ₹2,19,522.35 crore in the corresponding period a year earlier. The increase in revenue was 7.6 per cent year-on-year.
On a standalone basis, Indian Oil reported a net profit increased 321.98 per cent to ₹12,125.86 crore in Q3 FY26 compared with ₹2,873.53 crore in Q3 FY25.
