Energize Capital Expands Climate-Tech Strategy with $430 Million Fund III
Energize Capital, a leading climate-focused investor, has closed Ventures Fund III with $430 million in capital commitments, signaling strong LP demand for digital solutions that accelerate the energy transition. This is the firm’s fifth institutional fund and brings total assets under management to over $1.8 billion.
Ventures Fund III will support early-stage companies building software and data-driven tools that address climate and industrial challenges. Sectors of focus include grid interconnection, next-generation manufacturing, and the circular economy—all of which increasingly require digital innovation to scale effectively.
