Danos announced today the acquisition of substantially all assets of Panel Specialists Inc, expanding its technical services in automation and panel fabrication. The move also strengthens Danos’ pressure valve repair services by adding VR and T/O certifications from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.

The purchase includes Panel Specialists’ panel fabrication business, which builds UL 508A Industrial Control Panels. Operations will continue at the Houma airbase location, with former Panel Specialists Owner Earl Bergeron joining Danos as senior automation and controls lead.
