(WO) – Danos Group reported its lowest Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) on record in 2025, achieving a companywide rate of 0.07 across more than 11.5 million work hours.
Both core operating segments posted improved safety performance. Danos Operations Services recorded a TRIR of 0.05, while Performance Energy Services (PES) reported a TRIR of 0.13, marking record results for each business unit.
The company attributed the improvement to its safety management systems and workforce engagement, including hazard recognition, stop-work authority and ongoing training initiatives.
“We are extremely proud of our employees and the responsibility they take in protecting themselves and those around them every day,” said Paul Danos, CEO of Danos. “Achieving the lowest TRIR in our company’s history demonstrates our commitment to maintaining strong safety performance across operations.”
Danos said its approach emphasizes pre-job planning, continuous safety communication and alignment with customer safety standards across its service lines. The company also cited ongoing investments in training, leadership development and workforce competency as contributing factors.
The results reflect continued industry focus on reducing incident rates and improving operational safety across upstream and energy services activity.
