Capgemini has updated its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policy to strengthen its long-term commitment to responsible growth, ethical leadership, and sustainable value creation.
The policy now includes nine priorities, with ethics newly added, and outlines 14 measurable objectives across environmental action, social inclusion, and governance integrity. It builds on momentum from its 2021 policy and underscores Capgemini’s role in driving the global transition to a sustainable economy.

Carbon Reductions:
93% reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emissions.
62% drop in business travel emissions (Scope 3) per employee—surpassing 2030 targets.
98% renewable electricity use, targeting 100% by 2025.
Diversity & Inclusion:
Women now comprise 39.7% of Capgemini’s workforce (2025 goal: 40%).
Executive leadership roles held by women rose to 29%—up from 17% in 2019 (target: 35% by 2030).
Talent Development:
Employees averaged 77 hours of learning annually, far exceeding the Group’s target of a 5% annual increase.
Cybersecurity Recognition:
External validation from Bitsight, RiskRecon, and Cybervadis reflects Capgemini’s leadership in data protection and infrastructure security.
