Sinopec Engineering Group Co. Ltd. on Sunday reported CNY 31.56 billion ($4.39 billion) in revenue for the first half of 2025, up 10.1 percent from the first six months of 2024. Centrica plc said it has acquired the Isle of Grain liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in the United Kingdom in partnership with Energy Capital Partners LLP (ECP) from National Grid for an enterprise value of $2.03 billion (GBP 1.5 billion). Halliburton said it was awarded a contract to deliver comprehensive well stimulation services to ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS to improve well performance and reservoir productivity. The contract spans five years and includes three optional extension periods, Halliburton said in a news release. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
