Enterprise application software company SAP announced the launch of a series of new solutions aimed at enabling companies to manage sustainability data from across the value chain and more accurately report and comply with regulatory requirements. Equinor ASA has entered into underwriting agreements for the sale of debt instruments with a total principal amount of $1.75 billion. The offering consists of $550 million notes due June 2028 with a 4.25 percent interest, $400 million notes due September 2030 with a 4.5 percent interest and $800 million notes due June 2035 with a 5.125 percent interest.
