These latest victories build upon a strong foundation laid in May, when DOF Group previously announced the award of four additional long-term charter and service contracts by Petrobras, also following competitive tender processes. The Skandi Iguaçu, renowned as one of the largest AHTS vessels ever constructed in Brazil with a formidable 350-metric-ton bollard pull and extensive winch storage, secured a four-year contract slated to begin in February 2026, directly succeeding its current operational term. Furthermore, the vessels Skandi Angra, Skandi Paraty, and Skandi Urca were each awarded four-year charters, with their new contracts anticipated to commence sequentially in January 2026. The scope for these three vessels notably includes the provision of advanced work-class ROVs, critical for deepwater inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks.

This vessel, currently operating off the coast of Canada under an existing contract until the end of the year, will continue its engagement with the same client for a firm period of three years, accompanied by two additional annual extension options. For investor clarity, DOF Group defines a “substantial” contract as one valued between $25 million and $50 million.
